I installed this product DAS runs but when I open Xentry is says I do not have authorisation. Can you help please?

It needs to get registered before using. Please launch the shortcut icon “Star Utilities” on the desktop, click “Starkey manager” you will see “Application”, in the drop-down box please select “XENTRY Diagnostic”, please send us the HW-ID.
